Hello,

 

I am having issues getting the game to load after a firefox update. Every time I try to open it on facebook I get

"You’re almost there! In order to start playing you just need to click on the “i” or padlock button on the left side of the address bar. When your browser’s dialogue window opens, just click “Always allow” for Flash."

 

And I try and do as it says but firefox opens the permission window and I have no idea what to click. There is nothing that says flash or allow. Color me confused, please help!

I am afraid that I do not use Firefox. Is there anyone out there who can help with this?  I do not recognize the symptoms.

Did you go to "open menu" (upper right corner), then to "add-ons", then "plugins", check if flash is installed there and choose your activation preference?  Mine is.  If this doesn't work for you; my knowledge is limited.

 

Edit: actually, did you install flash or an updated flash?  Because I didn't have to go though the above process.

Sorry, I can't edit a second time.  I've just realized that I'm using the html5 version in firefox.  When I tried to switch over to flash, the browser crashed (kept on waiting for BBE)!

I've fixed my problem with flash:  in the plugins tab, choose "ask to activate" for shockwave flash.
