Do them all? Heh, Not even close. Normally if it's temple I rotate between sets of 3 con missions and a normal mission so I'm using some energy. I do hate them though and I'm sure i'm not the only one. Had a studio boss once that hated them so much he told the whole studio not to waste their time on them, to only do them if they were bored silly. And I have a long list of other things before I get to that lol. Anymore, I get dickstarters done if I can and call it a day.  Today that was one longish film and a few missions. easy day. other times that can take all day because even a reroll can stick you with something worse

I don't hate them just because I don't really care much about them xD I do them when needed and/or can do and that's all lol I know people hate them because they bother too much about it lol Getting temple points is all that matters to help the studio.

Yeah, wasn't really a good idea to having done that a couple of hours before BBA week reset. Well, guess thousands of people won't get any chance of a reward this week xD

Well I have a move in the group. The movie I had for the absent week got nothing.  But I did try to change movies during that time frame and again in I guess the 2 hour window.  So maybe it is because I just happened to "select" a new movie.

I guess my theory was correct then and only the people who choose a movie in those last 2 hours got it xD

Seems indeed only the movies that got picked after they fixed last week's BBE got activated for the current week of BBA voting.

It was very nice of BBE to give compensation rewards (25 diamonds, 2000 experience points and 10 skill points) to the players affected by this bug. It is very much much appreciated! *kisses*

 

I also find it very amusing this week for the same films to pop up over and over; it's kind of a neat experiment in getting very very familiar with other stars. 

 

It's good that my studio is well represented, but it's also nice to vote for my favorite goddess

That's nice that those who missed out get a 5th-10th place showing. But what about the 90+ people who managed to get a movie in the running but won't place in the top 10? Looks like they're being penalized for being active just before reset. Oh well, nobody said life was fair.

Well, people who aren't participating had done all their movies while others also did, but they were lucky with getting up so early or staying up late xD But it's not fair for those people yes, but they get their movies they made shown and thousands of others not. It's better to make the big group of thousands of people happy, no?

That's a good point and I suppose there will always be someone who gets the worst end of the deal. Maybe nothing can ever truly be fair in the world.

 

If everyone was given the compensation then it could be argued that the current top 10 would be doubly rewarded. Of course, to ensure fairness, we could wait for the current results then drive the devs crazy to scale everyone's reward up to the same level; that could be fun

Well as one of those currently not in the top ten, I'll tell you when the voting is over.  I'm guessing that once it is over, there will be something to make up the difference.

I guess next time they have a last minute fix it's better to not play for that period. Funny how people get penalized for playing the game at a certain time. And it all could have been avoided by delaying the implementation of the fix for a mere two hours. After all, we'd been dealing with it for most of the week, so it wouldn't have been that much of an inconvenience. But then, they'd have had to pay out 1st place awards to everybody. Cheaper this way...and less expensive.
