Just creating a thread on the Halloween at Hooper's Event currently ongoing as of 2016-10-31 to 2016-11-04
To help with finishing the convention achievement for the event:
Look! Hovering over the icon in the missions window shows published times at when Conventions for the Halloween will happen. No more guessing when to be online to catch the silly thing.
