The XXX Summer Event Problem

I've started playing The XXX Summer Games earlier.  But when I've logged out and come back in, all the previous progress is gone.  Refresh didn't do anything.

P.S.:  When I've done another duel and refresh, that progress is gone right away!

We know, we already informed the devs about the bug, to be addressed asap. We don't know when it will be fixed yet.

Yes, it is back working. Luckily the energy is not the biggest concern. That's 5x 300, so 5 day only. I personally do recognize the issue with the 7 washes.

The devs were not able to register the data before it was solved simply because it was not saved by the system (which was the problem in the first place).

and if the system did not store the action the washingmachine should be freee to use or ????????

We are looking for a solution, but it's weekend.. Devs won't be around until Monday. But we can't make any promises. At least the 10 diamonds are earned in the event anyways.

We are very sorry for what happened and that it requires now having to spend.

Please don't hesitate to submit tickets about it, so that we can evaluate what can be done to fix the whole issue (yes, I have submitted my personal request for that yesterday).
