"Satisfaction on both sides"

I appreciate that the change to the Temple was a surprise and perhaps a little annoying, but it was a mistake and not intended - these things happen. I don't see it as a major issue, though. We kept the points we got from doing the conventions on the first day; we didn't lose anything.

If you did not get a chance to do any conventions, you have no chance to reach anywhere near the top of the rankings, would that be fair? Not saying any more, I will no longer pay to play. There are way more issues here than this, which just piles on top of the other problems.

The team has made their decision and they won't change. The real importance is that the same situation does not happen again. It's 1 temple week, not something repeatedly. 

Fact is, no matter what Playata would chose to do, it's impossible to compensate everyone for efforts, diamonds spent on conventions, studio diamonds spent on boosters etc. It is simply impossible to create a momentum and decision that would give 100% satisfaction across all the players across all the servers. Therefor they had to make a decision that would come closest. Those that have spent and/or participated in the conventions, have an advantage point-wise for the temple.

Example:

Those that have spent diamonds, would feel unfair treated compared to those that did not, if we chose to have a #1 for everyone and all studios! 

Those that aren't able to catch up with the points to those that did conventions well, feel they lose out on rewards. 

For those that consider perhaps compensating everyone individualy... It is impossible to do this. We do not know rankings and end results, or spendings individually. So it would take weeks of calculations followed by months of individually compensating. 

There simply is no way to make everyone happy!

No matter how many topics we create, the decision is made. All we can do is just move on and take it as it is.
