I have notified Playata, but if you are suffering from the bug, drop a ticket to add urgency.

 

 

I did, but they didn't grasp it and just told me to refresh my cache.

I take a screenshot and upload it to imgur, then attach a pointer showing that the big bang awards are not functional.

This happens EVERY time they try this "Double" week thing. You'd think they'd fix the problem by now.
