Once again, the Nutaku server NU1/US1 has failed to properly reset the BBA's.

 

The last time this happened it took two weeks and everyone posting support tickets to UK1 until someone over there finally got someone at Playata to force Nutaku to fix it.

 

The "Support" link on this forum links to Playata's Support system which does not allow tickets to be submitted for NU1 or US2.

 

Nutaku does not reply to support tickets of any kind and never has, EVER, for any reason or issue.

 

Can someone in authority on this forum get the attention of the proper people to get this fixed? Because the players currently have a broken game and no way to reach anyone to fix it.

I don't think anything ever was done to fix it when this has happened previously. The last 2 times this happened it started working again after the special events that were going on ended and the game returned to just normal code. My guess is it started working again after the temporary conflict went away.

It is clearly a conspiracy.

 

Each time this has happened, a member of my studio got the #1 BBA.  

 

We wuz robbed again.

I posted a ticket. I have also made inquiries on Nutaku's facebook page, and posted a ticket to Nutaku support.

 

I expect the same result as last time.  :(

 

So, if i recall, last time this happened, everyone got a #1 on the second week.  But you know, that kinda gyps the people who actually did win rewards. I was kidding about it being a conspiracy, but I am annoyed that a second of my studio mates is actually going to get robbed of an earned #1 reward.

FYI: I got a response from UK1 support through their ticket system on this. They basically said "we know, and it will be fixed, we just don't know when."

 

Translation: They can't get hold of anyone at Nutaku either.

 

Why does Playata allow these clowns to continue hosting their game and making them look bad?

If the problem is double events, then the solution is simple:  Playata should disable double events for Nutaku and substitute something else.  I would take 7 days of the casino, for example.  

 

I for one won't miss double events that much.  The double energy one is nice, the rest are distinctly underwhelming. 

 

But I think you need to understand, HoosierDaddy.  I do not believe the power in that relationship is in Playata's hands. I think Nutaku pays Playata to develop the unique content that is shown on Nutaku. Meaning Playata is the vendor in that relationship, and more subject to the whims of Nutaku than vice versa.

How do you mean you can´t submit tickets to support for NU1? When I open the Support option in the menu from within game it defaults to my server and character name, I only need to fill out the email address and what my request is about. I checked the dropdown menu from there and could select US2 as well. You don´t have those options?

They ignored my message on Facebook, Foxy. I hope you have better luck.

 

Stoney, the Nutaku server has no direct support from Playata. Following the procedure you outlined gives me the option of UK1 or UK2. I have dropped tickets there before... to no real effect.  And using the link below the game, the ticket system supplied by Nutaku is worthless as far as i can tell.  I have never gotten a response from them.

The last ticket I submitted came back with a response which I won't post here but which basically said that they're aware of the problem and are working on it.

 

Whether this means that they have an intern enrolled in a class at the local community college to hopefully learn how to fix things ETA 2018 for have a bunch of developers working nonstop through Christmas I don't know... but I suspect its the former.

There will be an update to turn off the Christmas event. That will likely fix the problem. I think that is what happened last time.

So, the Halloween holiday worked fine.  Something about the Christmas holiday broke things.  Can't Playata just not do whatever it was? They must have an idea which difference causes the problem.

 

If this means Nutaku players get gypped out of a portion of the designed Christmas event, I am cool with that.  Anything to get rid of the ANNOYINGLY EXCESSIVE CLICKING, OK?  :)

 

They can clearly do different things for nu1.bigbangempire.com. Please suggest to the developers that one of those differences is limiting the Christmas and other special events to things that WORK.

Well, the Christmas event is over, the server has been reset, and the BBAs are still broken. I now have a backlog of 84 films. Any wagers as to whether they fix the problem before it reaches 100?
