It is just faster than having to move the cursor... although think they do this so you accidentally spend your diamonds to speed up quests. But I would really love to see this change.
I suggest that the enter button be enabled to click through all windows instead of having to use the mouse.

I know you are speaking of PC and other keyboard devices. but how do you make this happen for mobile devices ?
